The rules that govern your use of TaskManager Pro.
By accessing or using TaskManager Pro ("the Platform"), operated by Surgepulse LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
TaskManager Pro offers Free, Professional, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
AI-powered features consume credits from your plan's monthly allocation. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Additional credit packs may be purchased separately. We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Platform, including tasks, projects, client information, and invoices. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Platform's functionality, including AI analysis through Anthropic's Claude API.

If you use the white-label client portal feature, you are responsible for your clients' use of the portal and for ensuring their compliance with these Terms. You represent that you have the right to share relevant project and invoice data with your clients through the portal.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party service outages (Anthropic, Stripe, Google).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surgepulse LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform and your data. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
