1. Information We Collect
When you use TaskManager Pro, we collect information that you provide directly and information generated through your use of the platform:
- Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Organization data: Organization name, team members, client details, and project information you enter into the platform.
- Task and project data: Tasks, deadlines, priorities, descriptions, and related content you create.
- Invoice data: Billing information, invoice details, and payment records.
- Usage data: How you interact with the platform, features used, and AI credit consumption.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the TaskManager Pro platform.
- Power AI features including task priority suggestions, deadline predictions, risk analysis, and complexity scoring via Anthropic's Claude API.
- Process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe.
- Send transactional emails such as invoice delivery and account notifications.
- Sync calendar events with Google Calendar when you authorize the integration.
- Generate analytics, reports, and insights for your organization.
3. AI Data Processing
When you use AI-powered features, task data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. We send only the minimum data necessary for the analysis (task title, description, and relevant context). AI responses are stored in your account for reference. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Task data for AI analysis features.
- Stripe: Payment information for subscription processing.
- Google: Calendar data when you enable Google Calendar sync.
- Render: Our hosting provider where the platform is deployed.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure password hashing, role-based access controls, and isolated multi-tenant data architecture. Each organization's data is logically separated and accessible only to authorized team members.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or organization, we remove your data within 30 days. Invoice records may be retained longer as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and export your data at any time.
- Correct inaccurate information in your account.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
